Q. How much does it cost to list a business or professional profile on GROPEX?
Basic registration and listing on GROPEX is 100% free. You can publish your verified services, location coordinates, business hours, and contact information without paying any upfront fee. Optional Growth and Enterprise plans provide higher search priority, sponsored badges, and lead routing.
Q. How does the Verified Partner accreditation process work?
Log in to your account and navigate to Workspace > Trust & Verification. Upload either a Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) certificate, a valid government-issued photo ID (NIN, Driver’s Licence, International Passport), or utility proof of business address. Our compliance officers review documentation within 24 to 48 hours.
Q. What is GROPEX Live Places and how does it work?
Live Places is our geographic intelligence discovery engine. It maps real-world streets, commercial hubs, industrial zones, and tech clusters across Nigerian and African cities. Visitors can switch between Map, Satellite, and Hybrid satellite imagery, click any district to see verified providers operating within that physical perimeter, and navigate using GPS coordinates.
Q. How do in-app direct messaging and call rooms work?
Every listing features an In-App Chat & Call action. When initiated, buyers and service providers communicate directly in an authenticated message thread inside the platform. Either party can generate a one-click encrypted Jitsi video/audio room link right inside the chat window for live consultations and project scoping.
